Doxycycline in alle gevallen eerste keus. Alleen bij urethrale infecties bij mannen is azitromycine eerste keus

amoxicilline po 500mg 3dd 7 days
Remarks:

cervicale en/of urethrale Ct-infecties bij allergie
Medication:

doxycycline po 100mg 2dd 7 days

Bij anale infecties
Medication:

doxycycline po 100mg 2dd 21 days
Remarks:

Anale LGV infectie

General comments

Nacontrole: PCR (NAAT) chlamydia na 4-6 weken, ALLEEN indien niet met azitromycine of doxycycline is behandeld 

Partnerwaarschuwing:

  • symptomatische infecties: PCR (NAAT) chlamydia bij alle partners uit de 4-6 weken voorafgaand aan het begin van de klachten
  • asymptomatische infecties: behandel alle partners van de laatste 6 maanden

Sexueel contact: uitstellen tot 1 week na het begin van de behandeling en in elk geval tot dat de huidige partner getest/behandeld is
