Bij (verdenking op) LGV

General comments

Diagnostiek:

  • Grampreparaat
  • PCR (NAAT) rectale swab chlamydia en gonorroe

Partnerwaarschuwing:

  • Bij symptomatische chlamydia of gonorroe: alle partners waarschuwen 4-6 maanden
  • Bij asymptomatische chlamydia, gonorroe of bij LGV-infectie: alle partners de afgelopen 6 maanden waarschuwen

Sexueel contact: uitstellen tot 1 week na het begin van de behandeling en in elk geval tot dat de huidige partner getest/behandeld is
