claritromycine po 500mg 2dd 10 to 14 days

bij penicilline-overgevoeligheid

General comments

Diagnostiek:

  • altijd aspiratie bursa ter differentiatie septische en aseptische bursitis. Denk ook aan jicht. 
  • overweeg vroegtijdige incisie en drainage. PerOK kweken afnemen.
  • als iv antibiotica, ALTIJD eerst 2x BK afnemen.

Therapie:

  • Switch naar oraal bij negatieve bloedkweken. Totale behandelduur 2 weken.
