Indications: operaties in de axilla of waarbij tractus digestivus of urogenitalis is geopend

amoxicilline + clavulaanzuur po 500/125mg 3dd 3 to 5 days

amoxicilline + clavulaanzuur iv 1200mg 4dd 5 to 7 days

switch naar augmentin p.o bij klin.verbetering.

General comments

  1. Altijd wondbehandeling door chirurg, zo nodig drainage
  2. Alleen antibiotica als weke delen infectie (> 5 cm roodheid) of koorts/leucocytose
  3. Als bekende MRSA drager, overleg infectioloog. (poliklinisch clinda of co-trim +/- cipro, klinisch vanco +/- cefta)
