Remarks:

Indicatie: qSOFA ≥ 2 (sepsis)

General comments

  • Behandelingsduur: 
    • Meeste infecties: 4-7 dagen voldoende 
    • appendicitis met necrose, perforatie, abces, indien NIET zwanger of immuungecompromitteerd: 2 dagen vanaf OK. (zie bron)
  • Gentamicine 5-7mg/kg per dag. Gebruik dagelijks evalueren. Bij BMI > 30 gentamicine op Adjusted Body Weight (ABW) doseren. Gentamicine spiegelmeting: https://aruba.swabid.nl/node/398657
  • Overweeg switch naar augmentin po bij klinische verbetering (en ogv eventuele kweken)
