General comments
2024 Antibiotic stewardship commissie in overleg met MDL-artsen:
In tegenstelling tot de richtlijn NHG 'maagklachten' uit 2021 bevelen wij op Aruba 14 dagen behandeling aan, zowel in 1e als in 2e lijns zorg
7 dagen behandeling lijkt alleen voldoende in de Nederlandse 1e lijnspopulatie. Op Aruba is er een hoge incidentie van HP, met een te verwachten hogere claritromycine-resistentie dan in Nederland. Om deze redenen wordt ook in Nederland 14 dagen behandeld in de 2e lijn.
