General comments
2024 Antibiotic stewardship commissie in overleg met MDL-artsen:
In tegenstelling tot de richtlijn NHG 'maagklachten' uit 2025 bevelen wij op Aruba 14 dagen behandeling aan, zowel in 1e als in 2e lijns zorg
10 dagen behandeling lijkt alleen voldoende in de Nederlandse 1e lijnspopulatie. Op Aruba is er een hoge incidentie van HP, met een te verwachten hogere claritromycine-resistentie dan in Nederland. Om deze redenen wordt ook in Nederland 14 dagen behandeld in de 2e lijn.
