General comments
Bij extrameningeale cryptokokkose cryptokokkenmeningitis altijd middels liquorpunctie uitsluiten.
Secundaire profylaxe: bij HIV totdat CD4 gedurende ≥3 maanden >100 cellen/mm3 en ondetecteerbare HIV-load.
als nog niet op ART: stel ten minste 2 weken, maar zo mogelijk 4-6 weken uit gezien risico op IRIS
als wel op ART: niet stoppen.
