Bij (ernstig) immuungecompromiteerde patiënt

General comments

  • Overweeg HIV test als geen verklaring.
  • Fluconazol alleen bij ernstige immuundeficientie (bv HIV, neutropenie).
  • Oplaaddosis 200mg 1e dag, vanaf dag 2: 1dd100mg.
  • Duur 7-10 dagen.
