General comments
Denk aan verwonding a.g.v.: vishaken, visgraten, (speed)bootschroeven, koraalrif, zeedierenbeten (haai, schildpad), glas op het strand, reinigen aquarium, schoonmaken schelpdieren.
Naast gebruikelijk verwekkers van wondinfecties, ook Aeromonas species (zoet- of afvalwatercontact), Edwardsiella tarda, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae (vissers, slachters), Vibrio vulnificus (contact zeewater of oesters), and Mycobacterium marinum. (altijd laaggradige infectie, alleen te vinden als er specifiek op gekweekt wordt)
