osteosynthesen. open fractuur, Gustilo III
Remarks:

abdominaal penetrerend trauma, > 6 uur: zie hoofdstuk secundaire peritonitis
Medication:

ceftriaxon iv 2000mg 2dd 10 to 14 days
Remarks:

penetrerend schedeltrauma

schedelbasisfractuur, alleen bij liquorlek > 7 dg.
Medication:

ceftriaxon iv 2000mg 2dd 5 to 7 days
Remarks:

schedeltrauma met depressiefractuur

General comments

gewicht > 120 kg: cefazoline 3 gram iv

Bij MRSA dragerschap: vancomycine IV iom infectioloog

Open fracturen:

  • osteosynthese, open fractuur, Gustilo III: stop AB na 72 uur ook indien de wond niet gesloten kan worden of < 24 uur na sluiting wond
  • osteosynthesen. open fractuur, Gustilo I-III, B-lactam allergie: clindamycine 600mg IV + gentamicine 5mg/kg IV.
